jajangmyeon (korean style black been sauce noodles)

 

 

 

Ingredients

 

black been sauce   2T 

soy sauce               2T

oyster sauce           2T

sugar                      2T

cooking oil          

spring onion            3T

ginger                     2/3t

garlic                       2/3T

miwon                    2 pinches(You can buy it at a Korean food store.)

onion                      1

cabbage                 one sheet

pork                        some

starch powder        3T

 

 

 

Add plent of oil to the pan and stir-fry the black been sauce When the black been sauce starts bubbling , turn off the heat.

 

Then transfer to a glass bowl to cool.

Prepare the ingredients as follows.

 

Cut onoions and cabbage into squares and prepare them.

 

Cut the pork into appropriate sizes and prepare it.

 

Prepare ginger and garlic by mashing them.


Prepare chopped green onions.

 

 

 

 

Grease the pan and stir- fry green onions, garlic, and ginger, and then add stir-fry the pork together.

 

 

 

 

Add onion and cabbage and stir-fry until lightly browned.


Then, add 2 spoons of soy sauce and stir-fry. Add 2 spoons of oyster sauce and stir-fry.

Add 2 spoons of prepared stir-fry, jajang and 2 spoons of sugar, and stir-fry until evenly coated with ingredients.

Add enough water to cover the ingredients.

And add the Miwon tweezers.

 

 

 

 

Turn off the heat when the sauce starts to boil.


Then mix 3 spoons of starch and 3 spoons of water and mix them with sausage.


Then quickly mix the starch evenly with the sauce so that it does not clump.

 

Turn on the stove again and stir well using a spatula.Until the sauce is bubbling again.

 

Nevertheless, if the sauce is too watery, add more starch water.

 

 

 

Boil the noodles and sprinkle the sauce on top of it.


I eat boiled eggs and cucumbers according to my personal preference.

 

If you go to a Korean food store, you can buy noodles that are used for jjajang among frozen noodles.


Or you can find similar noodles in Chinese food stores and use them.
